The Kardashian family has just signed on for 3 more seasons with E!, and it’s the richest deal ever in reality TV … TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the deal tell us, the family will get more than $40 million for 3 more seasons of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

The 6th season of the show averaged 3 million viewers. The 7th season begins airing May 20. Our sources say the $40-plus million deal does not include product endorsements and other items associated with the show that Kim, Kris and the rest of the brood are able to hock.

Sources connected to the deal tell TMZ … Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kris and Bruce will get the lion’s share of the money … and they are each getting equal pay.

We’re told Kendall, Kylie and Rob are on a lower pay grade — and will be paid equally as well. Scott Disick and his son Mason have a separate deal. Ditto for Lamar … who hammered out a package deal to appear in both “Khloe and Lamar” and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

We’re told the new deal ONLY includes existing shows — so if Kim and Kanye get a new spinoff show … they will have to bang out a new contract for even MORE money.

HollywoodLife.com spoke EXCLUSIVELY with a source close to the family that says Lamar wants to quit TV but it could come at the expense of his marriage to Khloé, who loves the fame!

Khloé Kardashian seems to be so in love with her man Lamar Odom, but it seems he’s pulling away from reality show fame — a freedom that could cost him his marriage!

Khloé, 27, is torn between keeping her reality fame and a stable marriage with Lamar, 32, a source close to the family tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

“Lamar wants out of the reality TV limelight, but Khloé is convinced that if Lamar doesn’t continue being on TV with her, there would be NO Khloé,” the source says. “The whole reason Khloé has become so popular is because of her marriage to Lamar. She obviously doesn’t want Lamar to be unhappy, but she knows that all the drama makes for good TV. Fame is Khloé’s number one priority. Unfortunately, this is what she has been taught. Same goes for Kim. Fame will always be more important that husbands and boyfriends.”

The source says that things are already strained in the relationship thanks to Khloé’s pursuit of fame.

“All this fame stuff is taking a HUGE toll on Khloé’s relationship with Lamar. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start going to couple’s counseling,” the source said. “Most likely Khloé will want it to be filmed. It’s really unfortunate because at the beginning, Lamar and Khloé were so close. However, Lamar isn’t just married to Khloé. He is married to the entire Kardashian empire! And believe me, it’s not like Kris Jenner is giving Khloé any sound advice on what to do to help her relationship with Lamar. It’s all about ratings!”

Lamar apparently feels the televised aspect of their relationship was far more intensive than he had previously been led to believe.

“Lamar never thought that being part of the reality show would have such a huge impact on his life,” the source said. “At the beginning, Lamar thought it would actually be fun to part of the show. But when he got let go from Lakers, he realized that the show was nothing but a distraction. The show started taking a toll on Lamar and Khloé’s relationship when he got traded. It was kind of a wake-up call for Lamar. He’s scared about his future and his career.”

It seems that in the ball is in Lamar’s court now — in more ways than one.

“Of course, Lamar is not obligated to star in any more Kardashian reality shows, but Khloé would be devastated if he said no,” the source said. “Khloé may end up having to chose between her marriage or reality TV and fame. Is Kris ruining her daughters’ lives?”

Khloé Kardashian Odom is set to appear on an upcoming episode of Cheaters but not because husband Lamar Odom has been playing away – simply because she is obsessed with the reality series.

Kardashian interviewed Cheaters host Joey Greco on her new radio show The Mix Up where she spoke about how much she loved the program that catches unfaithful lovers in the act.

The show’s producers have agreed to her plea to be a part of the team and Khloé will appear in an upcoming episode of the show which is now in its 12th season.

Khloé will go along with the crew during a bust and will operate a hidden camera while the confrontation between the exposed cheater goes down. Much of the show is filmed in Khloé’s new home town of Dallas, Texas, making it an easy commute for the basketball wife.

Cheaters also has a new Spy Shop website offering lots of goodies to help find out if your partner is cheating, including one called the Khloé Cam!

Khloé and Lamar have been married since 2009. They have a reality series of their own, and he now plays for the Dallas Mavericks.

Kim Kardashian and her sister Khloé Kardashian Odom face a possible class-action lawsuit over their diet product QuickTrim, which detractors say contains high levels of caffeine, an ingredient that’s “not safe or effective for weight loss.”

Kim and Khloé caused a stir over their paid endorsement of the product, which features a picture of bikini-clad Kim. It has reportedly generated $45 million in revenue since they struck the deal with New Jersey-based Windmill Health Products in 2009.

Law firm Bursor & Fisher is preparing a suit against Windmill and the marketing claims made by the Kardashians.

An e-mail it sent to product users included a link to the firm’s Web site, which states, “The active ingredient in QuickTrim weight loss products is a large dose of caffeine. The FDA has determined that caffeine is not safe or effective for weight loss.”

Partner Scott A. Bursor told us, “My firm has been retained by an individual that purchased QuickTrim, and we are investigating the matter. We have provided written notice of our client’s claims to the company and others involved in marketing QuickTrim,” and his firm is reaching out to other QuickTrim users.

Bursor & Fisher has won or settled cases against firms peddling products including hair loss remedy Avacor and diet supplement Xenadrine.

In January 2010, Kim said she used QuickTrim to shed 15 pounds in weeks. Last year she tweeted that she was using it to get in shape for her wedding, and Khloé also claimed she lost 15 pounds.

Adriane Fugh-Berman, a physician at Georgetown University Medical Center, warned in 2010 that QuickTrim contains large amounts of caffeine. She said, “They’re not saying how much caffeine is in these pills. Too much caffeine can make you jittery and increase your blood pressure and pulse. If you pop a couple of these pills with your Starbucks . . . you could get caffeine poisoning, which can cause heart arrhythmias.”

The media went cray when Kylie Jenner sent a photo of Khloé Kardashian with Alex Roldan to her 1.5 million Twitter followers.

Don’t know who Alex is? Well he’s the hair dresser that was rumored to be Khloé’s biological father. Kylie said she sent the tweet as a joke then deleted the photo (above).

While sister Kim Kardashian added more fuel to the fire also tweeting a photo to her 13 million Twitter followers with of herself with Alex in the background.

The caption read: “Trying to take a sneaky pic of Khloe’s dad! LOL”, followed by “We are obviously JOKING people!”.

Khloé Kardashian has been inspired by brother Rob Kardashian‘s second-place finish on ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” and has taken up line dancing in Dallas.

The reality TV star and husband — Mavericks forward Lamar Odom — have attended classes according to People Magazine. The pair told fans the class: “were actually really good” on her blog.

When the Kardashians — including mom Kris Jenner and siblings Kim, Kourtney and Rob — visited Dallas, they joined for a lesson.

Khloé wrote: “We all thought Rob was going to be a pro because of Dancing With The Stars but he was actually really bashful about it!”

Brother Rob and older sister Kim have both competed on ABC’s hit show.

Khloé Kardashian Odom is a lover, not a fighter. Right up until the time she’s absolutely forced to protect herself.

The reality star is defending herself against a lawsuit filed last year claiming that, in a now two-year-old altercation, she assaulted a transgender woman outside a nightclub.

In the newly filed response, obtained by E! News, Kardashian claims she did not get physical with the woman, but was simply acting in self-defense.

Back in December, Chantal (née Ronald) Spears filed suit against Mrs. Lamar Odom, claiming she “assaulted and battered” her by violently striking her body while outside the Playhouse club on the Sunset Strip back in 2009.

She claimed she was “in great fear” and suffered injuries as a result of the altercation.

And now, Khloé is calling foul. In the documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Jan. 30, Odom says that it was Spears who provoked her and “instigated the acts about which she complains.”

She continued on, saying it was she who was forced to defend herself against Spears, and that her “alleged conduct was reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety.”

Khloé further alleges that despite the claims in Spears’ lawsuit, the woman suffered no injury or damages at all.

Spears is seeking unspecified general and punitive damages, as well as medical expenses.

Khloé Kardashian wants to expand her career in front of the camera. “Khloé wants to act!” a source reveals. “She’s looking to get into real acting.”

It just may be the next logical step for the youngest Kardashian sister — the 27-year-old is already known for her zingy quips and on-camera antics.

Now she hopes to explore more than just the reality shows that made her a household name.

“She would love to work on a scripted TV show, like a sitcom, or even a drama,” the insider explains. “Her goal is to be taken seriously as an actress.”

In fact, Khloé is already looking for a project. “She’s let her team know that she wants to act, and they’re putting out feelers to get her some top auditions,” says the source. “She’s eager to book something soon.”
